Amazon Global Publishings
Amazon Global Publishings provides services to our clients, which are subject to the terms set
forth below. The terms exist for transparency, fairness, and an amicable working relationship
between Amazon Global Publishings and its clients.
Revision Policy
Revisions are provided based on the package you select.
You may request revisions free of charge as long as:
- The original brief remains the same
- No new concepts, features, or directions are introduced
Additional charges may apply if:
- The project scope changes
- New ideas or requirements are added
Our standard revision turnaround time is approximately 48 hours.
Fair Usage of Revisions
We offer extensive revision support to ensure satisfaction. “Unlimited revisions” are provided
within reasonable use limits.
This is defined as:
- Up to 30 revision rounds per project
- Requests exceeding this limit may result in additional charges
This policy helps us:
- Maintain quality
- Deliver projects on time
- Ensure fair workflow for both clients and our team
Refund & Cancellation Overview
Our refund and cancellation terms are designed to protect both the client and Amazon Global
Publishings. The policies below apply when a client requests cancellation.
If a project is terminated by Amazon Global Publishings for reasons unrelated to breach or
non-performance, different terms may apply.
Refund Eligibility & Conditions
Cancellation Within 24 Hours
- A full refund is available if cancellation is requested within 24 hours of placing the order
- A 10% processing fee will be deducted
- This does not apply if initial drafts, concepts, or files have already been delivered
- This also does not apply if any revisions have been requested
Pre-Delivery Refund
- If a refund is requested before any initial work is delivered
- You are eligible for a full refund
- A 10% service and processing fee will be deducted
Post-Delivery Refund
- Within 48 hours: 66% refund minus a 10% processing fee
- Between 48–120 hours: 33% refund minus a 10% processing fee
- After 120 hours: Refunds are no longer available
- Clients are encouraged to contact us for further assistance
Order Inactivity
- If no response or action is taken for 30 days after placing the order
- The project will be marked as inactive
- No refund will be issued
- A reactivation fee may apply depending on the project scope
Valid Refund Requests
- Refunds are considered only when delivered work does not match the original brief
- If the work aligns with agreed requirements, revisions will be offered instead
- Refunds are not available once final files are delivered
Custom Packages
- Refunds are evaluated per individual service in bundled packages
- If a logo is approved but a book cover is rejected, only the book cover may be eligible
Good Faith Policy
- Refunds apply only to orders placed in good faith
- Requests may be denied if multiple providers were hired for the same project
Client Responsibility
- Active client participation is required
- Delayed feedback or lack of communication cannot be grounds for a refund
Original Work & Copyright
- All work is created uniquely for each client
- Any similarity to existing content is unintentional
- Amazon Global Publishings is not responsible for copyright claims
- Clients are responsible for registering approved work
Service-Specific Refund Limitations
- Book Cover Design – after final approval or revision request
- Audiobook Publishing – once narration or production begins
- Book Publishing – after formatting or platform upload
- Book Printing – once printing starts
- Book Writing – after first draft delivery
- Book Editing – once editing begins
- Logo Design – after final approval
- Website Design & Development – after completion or launch
Refund Requests & Content Rights
- All refund requests must be submitted through our support team
- If approved, all rights revert to Amazon Global Publishings
- Refunded content may not be used, published, or shared
- Clients acknowledge no ownership or usage rights remain
- We may take steps to protect ownership, including copyright registration
